A face to launch 1,000 ships
Amelia is a brave little darling. With not a peep from her during the cleaning and bandaging of her chin-y-chin-chin, she said after it was finished: "I did so good." Yes you did, sweet baby.

Lord, revive us again

Although there is much truth in Pamela Geller's thought-inducing article, I am thankful to report that her broad brush does not drably color all young people. There is - and will always be - a Righteous Remnant. And blessed be God, my three children along with their spouses and four grandchildren are optimistic Jesus lovers. Even the wee-est of the Wee shed the love abroad. Isaiah Robert led us in the Hail Mary before bedtime the other night. Salt and light is beckoning for those who grow weary of the dark.

I understand now why people desperately seek an identity, whether it’s Japanese American or African American or an Adult Child of an Alcoholic, or any of the other countless groupings and categories. But, ultimately, it is only through God that we can feel connected to each other and to ourselves." Robin of Berkeley
