We're having a rip-snortin' storm in Watertown, SD, tonight and I'm delighted! I love a good storm! The power of it reminds me to "Fear the Lord," which is the BEGINNING of wisdom.
Dallas Willard says that fear is not the end result of our sojourn, but it is the beginning. "Only a fool, doesn't worry about God," Willard says, and I agree.
If fear is the first thing that flings me into His Everlasting Arms, then so be it; I will end up loving Him as I learn of his wondrous ways. Our Forever Relationship may start with a heart-stopping storm, but it will end with a Rainbow.

no storms yet in the falls! i talked to my mom and dad during the storm in watertown. they said and i quote "i dont think ive ever seen it rain this hard!" a bummer to have missed such a weather event! :o)
