Remembering Robert

FELLOWSHIP by definition means ‘fellows together in a boat.’ Now that’s obvious but what’s the shoe-leather application? Paddle meets rapids when your True Love is with you one moment and gone the next and your boat’s taking in water. It could capsize. But it hasn’t and never will because “The Lord is good to those whose Hope is in Him.” And your friends rally around like rescuers at the Titanic.

Our adoration and thanksgiving will forever rise to the Lord when time is no more; romping like carefree children around the Father's throne waiting to sit on his large lap.

Merci - All.

I've been thinking of Robert all weekend, and the love of his life. :) Know that I'm lifting you up each day this week in prayer. I thank GOd, our Father, for your faith and love for Him. I know He will carry you this week and in the months ahead.
Love you,
Nancy

Canoe, Canoe!! Remembering the green canoe at Camp Wondervu...we are paddling right along with you and are here to row and bail out the water when you need us to. You are a treasure!! Wishing I could pay someone to put the display on your front lawn in the morning....close your eyes and picture the Rowland lawn as well as the lard on the Raj van! Love you so much-LJ

Danielle and I went skiing this weekend -- I figured that getting out into creation and enjoying the goodness of the world and friendship was an appropriate way to celebrate a loved one, so celebrate D and I did.
I never met Robert personally, but in meeting Danielle I feel like I get to know him by extention, and that's pretty darn special. You have a wonderful family, and I'm glad I've met you, even if it's only electronically (for now). Thanks, Mrs. Mac, for writing -- and I can't wait to meet you (in person) in March!

Thanks Mrs. Mac. And if you ever need to get in touch, don't feel like you need to visit a blog. I'm at jonathanmendelson@gmail.com.
Take care.
