Remember, Val, it was your house where Nathaniel first stayed in the summer of 05. KJ was working at that summer camp and wanted to meet Nathaniel at home here in Watertown which was in the middle between the Iowa camp and ND where Nathaniel lived. I was in Cali, so we made arrangements for Nathaniel to stay with you all while Katy Joy (her old name :) stayed at the house. So I guess we could say that The Larsons made an initial investment in this relationship! And now they're to be married! Wow!
And now I'm actually thinking that your fam met Nathaniel before I did. That is really something, isn't it?
What a terrific young man he is. They both look like they just stepped off a wedding cake! Cute as they come! Like you and Greg, for goodness sakes! love you - care

The best part of meeting Nathaniel was when Gabe came home from guards. (Joy and Nathaniel had left before Gabe got back into town)
Gabe asked all kinds of questions about Nathaniel, and him and Greg started kidding around about how Gabe was going to put his arms around his neck and squeeze it and say, "Let's go for a walk!" Of course Greg and Gabe really got going on this and we laughed and laughed!!
You know, I never did hear, did Gabe and Nathaniel ever "go for a walk?" :)
